Pondering these quotes
“I think perfectionism is based on the obsessive belief that if you run carefully enough, hitting each stepping-stone just right, you won’t have to die. The truth is that you will die anyway and that alot of people who aren’t even looking at their feet are going to do a whole lot better than you, and have a lot more fun while they’re doing it.” – Anne Lamott
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream.” – Mark Twain

Recharging in Nature

I love hiking with my pup Luna using the AllTrails app. Here are our favorites in Northeast Florida:
– San Felasco Hammock Cut Off (Green Blazes) (fell in love with this trail while at UF)
– Big Shoals Nature Trail (walk along the Suwannee River; largest rapids in Florida)
– Jacksonville Arboretum Rosemary Ridge Trail (the arboretum has several great trails)
– Tillie Fowler Park Island Trail (gets muddy so avoid after rain)
